Agreement Overview
1.1 The Agreement
Moveklub enables members to organize real-world events and groups. These Terms (the “Agreement”) govern how you access and use the Platform across web and native apps.
Using Moveklub confirms your acceptance of this Agreement.

1.2 Changes to the Agreement

Your Account and Membership
2.1 Eligibility
Moveklub is available to people aged 18 or older. Organizers may apply additional eligibility requirements for their communities.
2.2 Account Modifications
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or associated policies. Inactive accounts may also be removed to preserve platform quality.

2.3 Account Information Security
Keep your account information accurate and secure. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your login.

2.4 License to the Platform
Moveklub grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform, subject to compliance with these Terms.

Fees, Payments, and Offers
3.1 Fees Charged by Moveklub
Some features are free, while others require paid subscriptions. Fees may change—we will notify you before changes take effect.
TipFees are billed in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions are non-transferable.
3.2 Fees Charged by Organizers
Organizers may charge fees for memberships or events. Moveklub may process refunds in accordance with our Payment Policies.
TipUse discretion when paying organizers. Moveklub cannot guarantee how organizers use collected funds.
3.3 Payments to Moveklub
Organizers must pay subscription fees on time. Failure to do so may result in removal as an organizer.
3.4 Auto-Renewal of Subscriptions
Subscriptions may renew automatically. You can cancel renewal at any time—refunds follow our published policies.

Content and Privacy
4.1 User Content
“Content” includes any materials you post or share on the Platform. You must hold the necessary rights to share it, and it must respect our policies.

By posting, you grant Moveklub a license to host, distribute, and display your content as needed to operate the Platform. Ownership remains with you.

Platform Usage
5.1 Policies and Laws
You agree to follow all applicable laws and Moveklub policies, including those covering groups, content, and leadership.
5.2 Content from Others
Moveklub is not responsible for content shared by other members, but we may take action if violations are reported.
5.3 User Interactions
Moveklub does not moderate offline interactions. Use good judgment when meeting new people in real life.

Dispute Resolution
6.1 Arbitration Agreement
Unless you opt out, disputes are resolved through binding arbitration. EU residents may benefit from additional consumer protections.
6.2 Class Action Waiver
Claims must be brought individually. Class or representative actions are not permitted.

Intellectual Property
7.1 Moveklub IP
Moveklub trademarks, logos, and platform materials are protected. Do not use them without permission.
7.2 Respecting Others’ Rights
Respect third-party intellectual property. We may remove content or suspend accounts that infringe on others’ rights.

Limitation of Liability
8.1 Scope
Moveklub provides the Platform “as is”. Liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months or CHF 100—whichever is greater.

General Terms
9.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms and related policies constitute the entire agreement between you and Moveklub.
9.2 Governing Law
The Agreement is governed by New York state law except where local laws provide otherwise.
9.3 Survival
Certain provisions remain in effect after termination (for example: intellectual property, payments, dispute resolution).
